Nothing in this title shall be interpreted to eliminate or abrogate the requirement to comply with Section 411.35 of the Code of Civil Procedure or to affect the liability of design professionals, including architects and architectural firms, for claims and damages not covered by this title.

Establishes that the residential-construction title does not eliminate or override compliance with the referenced Code of Civil Procedure requirement. It also preserves liability of design professionals, including architects and architectural firms, for claims and damages that are outside the matters covered by this title.
