By a compliance with the above rules the claimant’s right to the use of the water relates back to the time the notice was posted.
Notes
Establishes that a water claimant who complies with the preceding appropriation rules acquires a right to use the water that relates back to the time the claimant posted the required notice. Priority therefore dates from posting when the claimant later satisfies the statutory requirements.
