The only covenants which run with the land are those specified in this Title, and those which are incidental thereto.

Notes

Limits covenants that run with the land to those expressly specified in the governing title and covenants incidental to them. A covenant outside those categories does not run with the land under this provision merely because it appears in an agreement relating to real property.
