A contract may be extinguished in like manner with any other obligation, and also in the manner prescribed by this Title.
Notes
Allows a contract to be extinguished in the same manner as any other obligation and also through the methods specifically prescribed by the governing title. Contractual obligations therefore may end under both generally applicable extinguishment rules and the title’s additional contract-specific methods.
