California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 1.2A — Violent Video Games, Section 1746.5

The provisions of this title are severable. If any provision of this title or its application is held to be invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.

Notes

Establishes severability for the title so that an invalid provision or application does not invalidate other provisions or applications that can operate without it. The rule preserves the remaining portions and applications of the title whenever they can be given effect independently of the provision or application held invalid.
