California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 1.3A — Credit Card Disclosure, Section 1748.10
This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Areias Credit Card Full Disclosure Act of 1986.”
