Any waiver of the provisions of this title is contrary to public policy, and is void and unenforceable.
Notes
Prohibits enforcement of any waiver of the title’s provisions by declaring such a waiver contrary to public policy, void, and unenforceable. Bars any waiver from having legal effect under the title because the provision expressly invalidates every attempt to waive the provisions governed by the title.
