Members of the agency board, including the chairperson, shall serve at the pleasure of their appointing authority but shall serve for no longer than eight consecutive years.

Limits members of the agency board, including its chairperson, to no more than eight consecutive years of service. Allows each member to serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority during that period, so continued service remains subject to the appointing authority while the eight-consecutive-year maximum applies.
