The assignment of a debt secured by mortgage carries with it the security.

Sets assignment of a debt secured by a mortgage to carry the mortgage security with the assigned debt. When the secured debt is assigned, the security follows that assignment, so the assignee receives the security associated with the debt along with the assignment of the mortgage-secured obligation.
