Words used in this chapter which are defined in Division 1 of the Vehicle Code shall have the same meaning as in the Vehicle Code.
Notes
Defines words used in the chapter that are also defined in Division 1 of the Vehicle Code to have the same meanings they have in that Vehicle Code division. The rule imports those existing definitions for covered words rather than supplying new definitions within the chapter itself.
