California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 14 — Lien, Chapter 6.5 — Liens on Vehicles, Section 3067.2
This chapter shall not apply to any manufactured home, as defined in Section 18007 of the Health and Safety Code, to any mobilehome, as defined in Section 18008 of the Health and Safety Code, or to any commercial coach, as defined in Section 18001.8 of the Health and Safety Code, whether or not the manufactured home, mobilehome, or commercial coach is subject to registration under the Health and Safety Code.
Notes
Exempts manufactured homes, mobilehomes, and commercial coaches, as those terms are defined in the referenced Health and Safety Code provisions, from every requirement of the chapter. The exemption applies to each listed type of property whether or not that manufactured home, mobilehome, or commercial coach is subject to registration under the Health and Safety Code.
