No right of action or defense arising out of a contract for discount buying services which the buyer has against the discount buying organization shall be cut off by assignment or transfer of the contract to any third party.
Notes
Prohibits assignment or transfer of a discount-buying-services contract from cutting off any right of action or defense the buyer has against the discount buying organization. Preserves those buyer claims and defenses against the organization despite transfer of the contract to a third party.
