California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 2.8 — Membership Camping Contracts, Section 1812.315

If any provision of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this title are severable.

Notes

Establishes severability when any provision of the title, or its application to a person or circumstance, is held invalid. Preserves every other provision and application that can operate without the invalid part, so the invalidity affects only the provision or application that cannot be given effect while the remaining workable portions continue in force.
