Subject to the other provisions of this article, the seller or holder of a retail installment account may charge, receive and collect a finance charge as disclosed to the buyer pursuant to Section 1810.3.
Notes
Allows a seller or holder of a retail installment account to charge, receive, and collect a finance charge disclosed to the buyer under the referenced disclosure provision, subject to the other provisions of the article. The authorization covers the disclosed finance charge and remains subject to those other statutory requirements.
