(a) The borrower shall have the right to prepay, at any time, in full or in part, the total loan obligation.

Notes

Allows a borrower to prepay the total obligation of a shared appreciation loan for seniors at any time, either in full or in part. Establishes the prepayment right for both complete and partial repayment of the total loan obligation, without limiting the right to a particular stage of the loan.
