Requires the hirer of a thing to repair all deterioration or injury caused by the hirer’s lack of ordinary care. The duty applies to damage attributable to the hirer’s failure to exercise the required ordinary care and makes the hirer responsible for repairing the resulting deterioration or injury to the hired property.
