This chapter shall apply to every dwelling structure containing one or more units offered to the public for rent or for lease for residential purposes.

Notes

Extends the chapter to every dwelling structure containing one or more units that is offered to the public for rent or lease for residential purposes. The rule reaches structures with a single residential rental unit as well as structures containing multiple units, provided the unit or units are offered to the public.
