Ratification of part of an indivisible transaction is a ratification of the whole.
Notes
Sets ratification of part of an indivisible transaction to operate as ratification of the entire transaction. When the transaction cannot be divided, ratifying only one part has the legal effect of ratifying the whole, so the ratification extends from the selected part to the complete indivisible transaction.
