A person or health care facility aggrieved by the actions prohibited by this title may seek civil damages from those who committed the prohibited acts and those acting in concert with them.
Notes
Allows a person or health care facility harmed by conduct prohibited by the title to seek civil damages from those who committed the prohibited acts and from persons acting in concert with them. The damages action therefore reaches both direct participants in the prohibited conduct and those acting together with those participants.
