California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 4 — General Provisions, Part 1 — Relief, Title 6 — Interference with Access to Health Care, Section 3427.4

This title shall not be construed to impair any constitutionally protected activity or any activities protected by the labor laws of this state or the United States of America.

Notes

Bars construing the title to impair any constitutionally protected activity or any activity protected by California or United States labor laws. Limits interpretation and application of the title so those protected activities remain outside any impairment attributed to the title, whether the protection arises from the Constitution or applicable state or federal labor law.
