A public nuisance may be abated by any public body or officer authorized thereto by law.
Notes
Allows a public nuisance to be abated by any public body or public officer that is authorized by law to do so. The authority belongs only to a body or officer having legal authorization to abate the nuisance and applies specifically to the abatement of a public nuisance.
