California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 4 — General Provisions, Part 3 — Nuisance, Title 4 — Motion Pictures, Section 3508.2
If any provision of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this title are severable.
Notes
Establishes severability for the title, preserving any provision or application that can still operate if another provision or application is held invalid. The invalidity therefore affects only the portion that cannot stand, while the rest of the title continues in effect to the extent it can function independently.
