California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 4 — General Provisions, Part 5.3 — Commercial and Industrial Common Interest Developments, Chapter 2 — Application of Act, Section 6582

(a) This act applies only to a commercial or industrial common interest development.

(b) Nothing in this act may be construed to apply to a real property development that does not contain common area. This subdivision is declaratory of existing law.

Notes

Limits this act to commercial or industrial common interest developments. Exempts any real property development that does not contain common area from the act, and declares that exclusion to be declaratory of existing law rather than a newly created limitation.
