Notwithstanding Section 4202, Section 4715 applies to an owner of a separate interest in a common interest development who kept a pet in that common interest development before January 1, 2014.
Notes
Extends the referenced provision, notwithstanding the other referenced section, to an owner of a separate interest in a common interest development who kept a pet in that development before January 1, 2014. Requires that pre-January 1, 2014 pet-keeping condition for the referenced provision to apply to that owner.
