For the purposes of this article, “managing agent” does not include a full-time employee of the association.
Notes
Exempts a full-time employee of the association from the article's definition of “managing agent.” The exclusion means that, for purposes of this article, a person working full time as an association employee is not treated as a managing agent under that defined term.
