Notice to the principal and surety under Section 8612 shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 8100) of Title 1.

Notes

Requires notice to the payment-bond principal and surety under the referenced provision to comply with the requirements of the specified general notice chapter. The notice must therefore follow that chapter’s requirements when it is given to the principal and surety for this purpose.
