If a day appointed for the holding or sitting of a court, or to which it is adjourned, falls on a judicial holiday, it shall be deemed appointed for or adjourned to the next day.

Notes

Sets the next day as the deemed court date when a day appointed for holding or sitting of a court, or a day to which the court was adjourned, falls on a judicial holiday. The rule automatically moves the appointed or adjourned date to the next day in that circumstance.
