Any act required or permitted to be performed by the clerk of a court may be performed by a judge thereof.
Notes
Allows a judge of a court to perform any act that the court clerk is required or permitted to perform. The authorization reaches both mandatory and discretionary acts assigned to the clerk and permits a judge of that court to perform the same act instead of the clerk.
