Any number of separate parcels of land claimed by the plaintiff may be included in the same action.
Notes
Allows a plaintiff to include any number of separate parcels of land claimed by that plaintiff in the same action under the chapter. The provision permits joinder of multiple claimed parcels in one case and states no numerical limit, acreage threshold, location restriction, deadline, or additional condition on using a single action.
