When several persons claim to be entitled to the same office or franchise, one action may be brought against all such persons, in order to try their respective rights to such office or franchise.
Notes
Allows one action against several persons who each claim entitlement to the same office or franchise. The single action may be used to try and determine their respective rights to that office or franchise rather than requiring separate actions against each competing claimant.
