The application shall be supported by an affidavit showing that the plaintiff on the facts presented would be entitled to a judgment on the claim upon which the attachment is based.
Notes
Requires an application for a right-to-attach order and writ of attachment to be supported by an affidavit showing that, on the facts presented, the plaintiff would be entitled to judgment on the claim underlying the requested attachment. The affidavit must therefore establish the plaintiff's entitlement on that claim.
