A copy of the original notice of attachment which has been served upon a third party holding the property sought to be attached, if served upon the defendant or any other party, shall suffice as the notice of attachment to that person.
Notes
Allows a copy of the original notice of attachment already served on a third party holding the property sought to be attached to serve as the required notice when later served on the defendant or another party. A separate newly prepared notice is not required for that later recipient.
