Unless another method of attachment is provided by this article, to attach tangible personal property in the possession or under the control of a third person, the levying officer shall comply with Section 700.040.
Notes
Requires the levying officer, unless the article provides another attachment method, to use the referenced third-person levy procedure to attach tangible personal property possessed or controlled by a third person. The rule therefore governs this category of third-party-held tangible personal property only when no other method is supplied.
