California Codes, Code of Civil Procedure - CCP, Part 2 — Of Civil Actions, Title 9 — Enforcement of Judgments, Division 1 — Definitions and General Provisions, Chapter 8 — Enforcement of State Tax Liability, Article 2 — Enforcement of Judgment for Taxes, Section 688.110

Except as otherwise provided by statute, if a judgment is entered on a claim for taxes by a public entity, the judgment is enforceable pursuant to this title in the same manner as any other money judgment.

Notes

Allows a public entity’s judgment on a tax claim to be enforced under this title in the same manner as any other money judgment. The rule applies unless another statute provides otherwise, so a contrary statutory enforcement scheme displaces the ordinary money-judgment procedures.
