Service of summons on the third person creates a lien on the interest of the judgment debtor in the property or on the debt owed to the judgment debtor that is the subject of an action under this article.

Establishes a lien when summons is served on a third person in an action under the article. The lien attaches to the judgment debtor's interest in the property, or to the debt owed to the judgment debtor, that is the subject of that action against the third person.
