Any act required by law to be performed on a particular day or within a specified period may be performed (but is not hereby required to be performed) on a Saturday, with like effect as if performed on a day which is not a holiday.

Notes

Allows an act that law requires on a particular day or within a specified period to be performed on a Saturday, with the same effect as performance on a day that is not a holiday. The provision expressly does not require the act to be performed on Saturday.
