This article shall have no force or effect unless Senate Bill No. 200 of the 1979–80 Regular Session of the Legislature is enacted and takes effect.
Notes
Limits the article’s operation by making it entirely ineffective unless the Legislature’s Senate Bill Number 200 from the 1979–80 Regular Session is both enacted and takes effect. Failure of either condition leaves every provision of the article without force or effect.
