This article does not preempt or supersede any other closures to protect any other wildlife, including sea otters, whales, and shorebirds.
Notes
Prohibits construing the article to preempt or supersede any other closure established to protect wildlife. Such closures remain effective alongside the article, expressly including protections for sea otters, whales, shorebirds, and any other wildlife subject to separate protective closure rules.
