The Legislature shall provide, in the same fiscal year, reimbursements to each local government for revenue lost because of Section 3(k).

Notes

Requires the Legislature to reimburse each local government, in the same fiscal year, for revenue lost because of the exemption in the separately referenced provision. The reimbursement obligation applies to every local government experiencing such a loss and cannot be deferred to a later fiscal year.
