In any year in which the assessment ratio is changed, the Legislature shall adjust the valuation of assessable property described in subdivisions (o), (p) and (q) of Section 3 of this article to maintain the same proportionate values of such property.

Notes

Requires the Legislature, in every year when the assessment ratio changes, to adjust the valuation of property covered by the three referenced subdivisions of that provision. The adjustment must preserve the same proportionate values for that assessable property despite the ratio change.
