A public body authorized to issue securities to provide public parking facilities and any other public body whose territorial area includes such facilities are authorized to make revenues from street parking meters available as additional security.
Notes
Allows a public body issuing securities for public parking facilities, and any public body whose territory includes those facilities, to pledge street-parking-meter revenues as additional security. The authorization supplements other security supporting the parking-facility securities and applies to revenues produced by street meters.
