Money collected under any state law relating to the protection or propagation of fish and game shall be used for activities relating thereto.
Notes
Limits money collected under state laws protecting or propagating fish and game to activities related to those purposes. Funds raised under such laws therefore must remain devoted to fish-and-game protection or propagation rather than being used for unrelated governmental activities.
