All laws now in force in this State concerning corporations and all laws that may be hereafter passed pursuant to this section may be altered from time to time or repealed.

Notes

Allows every California law concerning corporations, whether already in force or later enacted under this authority, to be changed from time to time or repealed. The provision denies permanence to those corporate statutes and preserves ongoing legislative power to revise or eliminate them.
