The transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.

Prohibits the transportation or importation into any state, territory or possession of the United States of intoxicating liquors for delivery or use there in violation of its laws. Liquor brought in contrary to the law of the place of delivery or use is barred.
