U.S. Constitution, Article IV — The States, Section 2, Clause 1

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

Notes

Extends to the citizens of each state all the privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states. A citizen of one state is entitled to the same privileges and immunities that the other states give their own citizens, so a state cannot deny them because a person comes from another state.
