When the commencement of an action is stayed by injunction or statutory prohibition, the time of the continuance of the injunction or prohibition is not part of the time limited for the commencement of the action.
Notes
Extends the time to commence an action by excluding any period during which commencement is stayed by an injunction or statutory prohibition. The duration of the injunction or prohibition is not counted against the otherwise applicable limitations period for bringing the action.
