Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent persons from performing services described in Section 4502 for purposes of training to qualify for licensure under a program approved by the board or for training in another allied professional field.

Notes

Allows persons to perform services described in the psychiatric-technician practice definition for training purposes when the training is intended to qualify them for licensure under a board-approved program or is undertaken in another allied professional field. The provision prevents the chapter from being construed to bar those training activities.
