(a) All expenses incurred in the operation of this chapter or Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Section 2840) shall be paid out of the Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians Fund from the revenue received by the board under this chapter or Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Section 2840) and deposited in the Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians Fund.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2016.

Notes

Requires expenses of administering the psychiatric-technicians chapter and the referenced vocational-nursing chapter to be paid from the Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians Fund using revenue the board receives under those chapters and deposits into that fund. The funding rule becomes operative July 1, 2016.
