Except as provided in Section 13403 of the Corporations Code, each director, shareholder, and officer of an acupuncture corporation, except an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer, shall be a licensed person as defined by Section 13401 of the Corporations Code.
Notes
Requires every director, shareholder, and officer of an acupuncture corporation to be a licensed person as defined by the cited Corporations Code provision. Exempts an assistant secretary and assistant treasurer from that requirement and makes the rule subject to the exception provided in the cited Corporations Code section.
