The name of an acupuncture corporation and any name or names under which it may render professional services shall contain words “acupuncture” or “acupuncturist” and wording or abbreviations denoting corporate existence.

Requires an acupuncture corporation’s name, and every name under which it renders professional services, to include the word “acupuncture” or “acupuncturist” together with wording or abbreviations showing corporate existence. The naming rule applies both to the corporation’s formal name and to any professional-service name it uses.
